Acting on behalf of property companies, family trusts and high net worth private individuals throughout the country and across Western Europe, we have established an enviable reputation for delivering high levels of personal and professional service introducing quality borrowers to the lending market place.
Established in 2010 and still run by the original founders, since day one we have prioritised face-to-face communication with top lending institutions and associated professionals, developing successful long-term relationships within the property and lending markets. As a result, the team has placed c£12bn of debt with lenders worldwide for our clients.

MEET THE TEAM
David Birchenall
Chairman
CEO and founder of Bircroft Property Finance Ltd & Bircroft Insurance Services Ltd. David has previously held senior positions in the Real Estate lending team at CIBC and various roles within Barclays Plc dating back to 1977.
David has over 35 years experience in the market and his broad network of contacts provides access to a widespread of property professionals.
Mark Selwood
Director
7 years at Bircroft Property Finance Ltd, specialising in large ticket commercial investment facilities (senior and mezzanine finance) for assets predominantly in the UK and Western Europe.
Previously 3 years as Business Development Manager at the London office of Northern Rock Commercial Finance. This focused on long-term lending for both commercial investment and owner-occupied business finance.
Tom Robinson
Director
7 years at Bircroft Property Finance Ltd specialising in commercial and residential development finance.
Also played a key role in establishing an off-shore equity/mezzanine fund within the Bircroft Property Finance Group, to assist developers and investors with their leveraged property investments.
Paul Wallace
Director, Bircroft Ireland
Based in Dublin, Paul uses our extensive UK and International lending network to source highly competitive deals for Irish clients.
Paul has over 15 years in the Commercial property industry. He formerly worked at Jones Lang LaSalle Ireland with responsibility for overseas Investment before setting up the Bircroft Ireland office. Paul is also a former Ireland and British & Irish Lions international rugby player.
