THE CHALLENGE
Bircroft were asked to source funding for one of the early industrial to residential PD consents. The lenders and the valuers needing convincing that a tired Industrial unit with very little light could be converted into saleable apartments.
THE SOLUTION
Working with one of our favourite development lenders and a trusted valuer, we had an open discussion about the scheme. We worked hard with the client to sell the concept and the final design. The funding was approved and all parties are now delighted with the final product, with 2 units under offer before PC.
